• Good at building relationships with children, parents and teachers
• Good interpersonal skills eg listening, coaching, communicating

Requirements
• ‘A’ Levels (or equivalent) is a minimum
• Over 25 years old, and has lived in the area for over 1 year
• Valid background / police check
• Able to play at least 2 of the sports that they will coach (ie tennis, football, basketball, baseball, cricket, hockey & netball)
• Able to work with and coach children
Selection Process
After receiving and digesting this information pack, an initial meeting is arranged with the Area Managers. This is to meet, discuss any questions, and agree a class viewing(s). (The Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed prior to viewing the class) Thereafter, if the Area Managers and potential franchisee agree to continue with the sale & purchase of a franchise, contracts are discussed, a training schedule is agreed, and an 'Intent to Purchase’ document is signed.
